Cocina Española

Hola, me llamo Evelyn. I am a student at Geneseo Middle School. I decided to make a cookbook about cuisine in Spain. It has recipes made in Spanish culture. There are over twenty recipes in the cookbook. They range from breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts. These are staple recipes Spanish families make all the time. I am hoping that by making this cookbook those outside Spanish culture can enjoy these meals too and learn a little bit more about Spain.
